Indian Government Websites Under Attack by Indonesian Hackers

The Indian government recently issued a cybersecurity alert after an Indonesian hacker group targeted around 12,000 government websites in India. The group is reportedly carrying out denial of service (DoS) and distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) issued an urgent warning on April 13, 2023, after receiving reports that state and federal government websites could be targeted. The hacktivist organization has also reportedly released a list of government websites that it claims to be targeting.
